Scheduling Your Event
When you are ready to schedule your event, simply call, text or email me with your planned dates and desired time blocks. I will confirm with you TWO business days before the event. You will need to provide an easily reachable onsite contact for the day of the event.
All hours scheduled will need to be consecutive, and there is a 2-hour minimum required. If you are hiring me for more than 4 hours, a 1-hour non-paid lunch will need to be scheduled about halfway between massage shifts. (Example: 10-4, you would schedule me around 1 pm for a lunch break.) Thursdays, I work 8-2:30 and only require a half-hour break.
On Massage Day(s), please have a copy of the sign up sheet ready for me. Keep in mind, the planned sign-up list may look very different to the actual day of the event. Don't worry, this is normal! Things come up and people can and do cancel last minute. But I am flexible and can easily work with you on this. For your convenience - I have a morning session and an afternoon session, allowing you to book all or part-day time blocks.
Therapist Arrival and Set-Up Time
I will arrive at your workplace 45 minutes before the first scheduled session. This ensures that I will have time to set up my equipment, orient myself to the work space, obtain sign-up sheets, use the facilities, find water, etc.
IMPORTANT POLICY INFORMATION
Late Arrivals And No Shows
If the participant arrives late, their session will be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow theirs.
Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, the company will be responsible for paying for the full session. Out of respect for the therapist and fellow participants, please encourage your employees to remember their appointment time and plan accordingly to be on time. This is especially important when you book shorter sessions, i.e., 2 or 3 hours.
Illness, Emergencies and Inclement Weather Policy
As we all know, Colorado weather can be...challenging. Sometimes snowfall levels can vary greatly from region to region and even neighborhood to neighborhood. I will always use common sense when it comes to driving in bad weather. I will call as soon as I can, if I am unable to come. Endangering my life and car or other drivers, is simply not worth it.
I never, ever work if I am aware that I am coming down with something or ill. Obviously, I will contact you and let you know as soon as possible.
Of course, the advantage of having payment due at the end of the day of the event, is that you are not out a dime if a cancelation occurs! This is how the no cancelation policy works both ways.
