Workplace Chair Massage

Questions You May Have...
Does The Employee Have To Disrobe At All?
Nope! The beauty of chair massage for the workplace? It's for the workplace! All the employee might need to do is loosen a tie or undo a top button of a restrictive collar - and that's it! Relaxation has never been easier or more convenient. My massage chair even allows easy and comfortable positioning for those who wear skirts and dresses.
I Have A REALLY small number of employees - can you see us too?
I absolutely love small offices! All you need for the 2-hour minimum are just 4 people for 30 minutes each. If you have a hard time meeting that - consider inviting friends, family or other small offices to join you.
What Areas Are Worked?
I work on the neck, shoulders, upper and lower back and arms; the areas that cry out most for stress and pain relief. For those that spend most of their working life in front of a computer - these areas are benefited greatly by chair massage.
What About Companies With A Large Number Of Employees?
I am just one therapist, but you can book my services for as many days as you might need. My max number for an 8-hour day is 32 persons (for the 15-minute massage blocks). So, in one typical week, I could see about 100 people. But for events where you want multiple therapists and to be able to serve everyone in one day, I recommend using companies like Lo Do Massage, Infinite Massage and the like. (You are welcome to hire me along with them, too! : ) )
We Don't Have Tons Of Space - Where Can You Work?
Oh, the places and spaces I have worked! I can fit myself and my chair into an office cubicle (sans office chair), a lunch room, or a small conference room. You can even move the office plant, and set me up in the corner. ( A small table and straight-back chair, if available, is preferred!)
What Are The Benefits of Massage?
Experts estimate that upwards of 90% of disease is stress-related. And perhaps nothings ages us faster, internally and externally, than high stress. Massage is an effective tool for managing this stress, which translated into:
How Can You Be So Flexible?!
Admittedly, the most challenging part of planning a chair massage event, is actually having it go according to plan. Challenges that can happen are the hitches that are never planned; bad weather, impromptu meetings or employees that are sick or unable to participate.
One of the big reasons I am so flexible - is that I have worked numerous onsite massage jobs, and I have seen it all. Well-planned and carefully scheduled days have dissolved into disorganization and stress. Precisely the opposite of what was intended!
Being the boss helps. I reserve the whole day for you, whether you use all that time or not. This is also why payment is due at the end of the event, and no payment or deposit is needed ahead of time. This allows you to plan, and re-plan however you need to, eliminating the stress of lost money and time.
Is There Anything Else I Need To Know?
I have a valid Colorado massage license and am covered for liability and malpractice through the Associated Massage & Bodywork Professionals organization. (It's a mouthful, isn't it?) Your employees are (literally) in excellent hands, and I practice with common sense and care. I make sure there is clear communication on pressure preferences and ALWAYS work within my scope of practice. (No diagnosing or chiropractic moves here...)
It is a requirement that all participants sign a Chair Massage Liability Waiver and Release Form before they receive massage.
